I am experienced in providing a range of consultancy services to multiple agencies including educational settings such as nurseries, schools and universities, social services and third sector services such as adoptive and foster carer groups, court guardians, charities and residential homes. I can offer consultancy on a case by case basis as and when you need or offer a regular time to visit your team or service and discuss multiple cases or difficulties you need help with. I have also run reflective practice groups for teams who would like to consider difficulties within team dynamics and inter-departmental working and demands or difficulties with case management and have a specialist interest in promoting good mental health in the workplace.
